There’s something about Rococo style and wedding cakes that just seems to be the perfect match. For this tall tailored cake, I travelled to Muscat, Oman to design an Omani wedding cake at Al Bustan Palace ( Ritz ) with Quintessentially   . The bride desired a timeless design adorned with hundreds of hand made sugar flowers with  jewell centres on the inside and gold hand painted rococo details. The bride wore a custom Ellie Saab dress, so I added soft lace like floral detailing to the tiers to finish off this royal looking cake.
